Sunshine Auto Center was founded in 1973 for the primary purpose of reconditioning and selling pre-owned cars. In 1979 Louis and Anne Trosch acquired full ownership of the company and refocused the Company’s direction into Classic Car restoration. They expanded the Mechanical Repair and Body Shop departments and to insure the highest quality results and greatest cost efficiency, they added a third department, Upholstery and Trim.
Their sons, Charles and Michael, joined the Company shortly afterwards. At that time, while they were doing Classic Car Restorations, they were experiencing an increasing demand for general automotive repair. As a result of this it was decided that the greatest growth for their family business was to enter this field. In 1989, as a result of their growth, they moved to their present location.
To validate their own commitment to the highest quality automotive repairs and customer service, accurate and ethical pricing and monitored guarantees, they applied to and were accepted by the American Automobile Association, AAA, as an approved repair facility.
